Jordin Sparks took a break from releasing new music. His fans haven’t heard her official record for about four years now, but she’s finally here with her collaboration project with Elijah Blake. The two R&b artists recently dropped a single called “Real Love,” and there followed it up with another EP titled 1990s Forever.
“Real Love” wasn’t featured in the newly released project, but the titled of the EP is perfect for the delivered project. Their voices are effortlessly incredible, especially on the lovelorn “Ego.” On “90’s R&B,” fans will enjoy hearing Sparks back in her element as she flexes he vocal range, especially when the track was about to end.
Just because we confirmed the ’90s EP, doesn’t mean that this project is without defect. It is, however, paying homage to an era where melodies were perfected, love songs topped the charts, and talented vocalists collaborated to create iconic records. Fans of such music will enjoy Sparks and Blake’s latest.
